Delivery and return

Standard delivery by Colissimo is free only for mainland France.
Your order will be shipped according to the processing time of your order which includes making and coloring:

Processing time of 4 to 5 business days for colored and raw hair wigs
2 day processing time for black and brown wigs

Delivery times are estimated from the time your order is shipped.

Your package will be sent by Colissimo and the tracking number will be communicated to you by email and will allow you to consult the status of your package online.
It will take 2 to 3 working days in transit after delivery to the Post Office to receive your package in France, 5 to 7 days in Europe and 7 to 10 days internationally. Your package will be sent to the address you provide to us. In the event of an error in the address or failure to show up at the post office within 15 days, the package will be returned to us. We will notify you and await your instructions for a new shipment at your expense.

We offer several fast and secure delivery methods:

Same day delivery by broker: €20 for Paris and €30 for the suburbs, depending on a selection of products.

Shipping within 24 hours with chronopost at your expense:
Orders placed before noon are prepared and sent the same day; those made after noon are sent within 24 hours. According to a selection of products.

You have the option of returning or exchanging your order, in its original condition, any product ordered (excluding personalized items) within 15 days from the date of receipt.

The item you return must be the item you received. It must be in its original packaging, in its original condition without any alteration such as:

Cuts, tears or tears on the tulle,
Frayed or stretched tulle,
Residue of glue or any other product on the tulle,
Hair styling products on the hair,
Chemical hair treatment (coloring, perming, straightening, etc.),
Hair cut or styled,
Item washed or worn,
Smell of perfume, hairdressing products, cigarettes, cooking…
