Fabhair wigs are beauty and hygiene category products. To avoid the return of damaged, worn or handled items, the validation, modification, return and refund of orders meet certain conditions. Please read the conditions detailed below carefully before ordering. They apply to all items and services offered online on the Fabhair website at the time of ordering. They are permanently accessible on the site and are subject to modification or adaptation. Placing an order automatically implies full acceptance of these conditions, without reservation.

FOR CUSTOM WIGS

Due to the nature of the item, any sale of custom full lace wigs is final. This article will be specially created for you. We will manufacture it in accordance with very strict specifications. Once finished, we inspect it carefully and only send it to you if it perfectly meets our quality requirements and your specifications at the time of your order. Therefore, we ask you to take your time to prepare it and check your measurements, color, length, texture and all other specifications before validating your basket and proceeding to payment. Please note that Fabhair cannot be held responsible for taking incorrect measurements resulting in a wig that is too big or too small, nor for any error in color or texture choice on your part. FOR IN STOCK WIGS

You have the option of returning wigs in stock purchased on the site to us within 14 days of the date of receipt of your order.

The item you return must be the item you received. It must be in its original packaging, in its original condition without any alteration such as:

Cuts, tears or tears on the tulle,
Frayed or stretched tulle,
Residue of glue or any other product on the tulle,
Hair styling products on the hair,
Chemical hair treatment (coloring, perming, straightening, etc.),
Hair cut or styled,
Item washed or worn,
Smell of perfume, hairdressing products, cigarettes, cooking…
